This package contains a set of 32 finely modeled stoneware eating utensils. There are two sets.

The blue stoneware set includes a yakan (tea pot), chawan (tea cup), sara (plate), sauce bowl and open-faced noodle bowl, round hashi (chopsticks) and two finely detailed hashi-oki (rests for the hashi) shaped as koi. These pieces are gold trimmed.

The pink stoneware set contains a yakan, four different chawan, a square sara, sauce bowl, square hashi, and a classically- shaped noodle bowl with gold trim. The noodle bowl comes in closed form, and in open form with separate bowl and lid.

Both sets include a large sara for communal dining (not shown). The table is made of muku wood (sometimes called 'tulip' in the West), and there are two cushions, or zaseki. A document provides background.
